We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged or defective product

• Item significantly different from description

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Customized or personalized items (e.g., printed t-shirts, mugs with names)

• Gift boxes containing perishable or consumable items

• Plants (as they are delicate and living)

• Products returned without original packaging

🔁 Return Process

1. Contact us with your order ID, issue description, and clear photos of the product.

2. Our team will verify and approve the return request.

3. Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).

4. Product must be returned unused and in original packaging.

💸 Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or replacement within 7 working days.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• We do not offer refunds for orders placed with incorrect customization details.

• If your area is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to courier the product back to us at your own cost.

• The final decision on refunds rests with The Green Pouch after quality checks.
